Microsoft Outlook 2019 Setup
Click on "File" at the top, then "Info" and then click "+ Add Account." This will pop-up a white window with the Outlook logo in the middle. Type in your email address and click on "Advanced options" and then check "Let me set up my account manually" and then click "Connect". On the next page, select "POP or IMAP" (described below).
Account type: POP3 or IMAP(POP3 downloads your emails off of our server and onto your computer. Any other device will not receive the new emails.)
(IMAP will only download a copy of what's on the server. All emails stay on the server until you specifically delete and purge them. This is useful to use if you have more than one device checking your email.)
Once you select the account type, click "Next" at the bottom and then start filling in the server information. (It might fill in the appropriate information by itself, but please double-check the settings with the options below)

Click "Next" at the bottom and then it'll ask for your password. Type that in and click "Connect". It'll try to connect. If a small window pops up and asks for your username & password again, make sure your username is correct. Click "OK".
It'll then show "Account successfully added". Before clicking "Done" at the bottom, please uncheck "Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too" (unless you actually want to do that). Click "Done".
If you want to customize your account, click on "File" at the top, then "Account Settings" and then "Account Settings...". Double-click on the account you just set up and then you can change what you need (e.g. Your Name or the Reply Email address under "More Settings..."). Once you're done making changes, click "Next >" at the bottom and then "Close".
Your account is now fully setup on Microsoft Outlook 2019.
